The crucial role of the LCC and Sudan’s ERRs in providing humanitarian assistance Since April 2023, the war has displaced millions, and local lead community members stepped up to offer life-saving support. ERR’s have been distributing food, water, medicine, and shelter, despite the dangers and losses faced by volunteers. This document details the ongoing efforts, challenges, and successes, including the recognition of emergency room initiatives on the international stage.
